This furnace can generate temperatures up to 2000F for a wide range of heat treating processes. The total load capacity of this furnace is 400 tons, allowing a very large amount of material to be processed in one batch.
Guillotine-style doors on each end give us the capability to treat loads longer than the 82 foot length of the furnace by processing products in two stages. Two furnace cars create greater efficiencies by allowing one load to be in the furnace while the other is being loaded with the next heat treating job.
Coupled with this furnace is a 100-ton crane, allowing extremely large loads to be maneuvered for heat treatment.
