Furnace #3 is another one or our car-bottom design furnaces. It is sized to accommodate small to medium-sized components.

This furnace can generate temperatures up to 1900F for a wide range of heat treating applications. The total load capacity for this furnace is 25 tons.

Coupled with this furnace is a 4,500 gallon polymer quench tank. The tank is temperature-controlled and mechanically agitated to create a highly uniform quench environment.
