Before a product even leaves a customer for our facility, we will often coordinate round-trip transportation by an experienced carrier that can handle aspects of the specific parts. For smaller items, our two stake trucks can pick up and deliver parts up to 30,000 lb within a 100 mile radius of our plant.
Once a heat treatment process has been completed for a customer, we electronically deliver a heat chart to them within an hour of the load emerging from the furnace as verification of the process that we were contracted to perform. This type of accountability is designed to keep our customers informed every step of the way.
When a part comes in for heat treating, the process we perform is often fine-tuned well in advance through discussions with our customers before the parts even leave their premises. We can go a step further and even get involved in the design phase of a component with optimization of heat treatment in mind. Customers rely on our years of experience with a myriad of parts and heat treatment variables to help steer them in a direction that saves them time, effort and ultimately money.
